Problems and solutions of vSeebox channel maintenance not working

I've gotten a lot of vSeebox questions from customers today:
1. Why is my vSeebox channel under maintenance? How long can it be used normally?
2. my vSeebox doesn't work, Heat Live is down.
3.We are trying to get our Veebox working. Every channel we go to is showing undergoing maintenance & stays on channel 322
