Have one to send back, the remote will only work when real close. Less than a foot away. I like your product or wouldn't have bought another one.

Ulasan Pelanggan
★★★★★
You must write an instruction booklet on HOW TO USE ALL THE KEYS ON THE REMOTE TO REALLY OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT. THE PERSON OPERATES IN THE COLD--NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT.
★★★★★
There should be a written listing of all the channels available and where they are located on the first screen that pops up.
★★★★★
Vsee is amazing! We actually receive more premium channels than we did with our former cable provider. AND we pay about 1/3 as much!!! We wish we had heard about it sooner.
